
Registration
Registration for the 2010 Season will open up on April 19th.
Please READ and PRINT all instructions carefully before registering.
Registration is on a first come first served basis. If we do not have
all of your player's paperwork and payment mailed in, your player is not
registered. Once grade levels are full we will start waiting lists.
1. Go to the
TVYFL Registration page.
2. You will need to create a member account (even if you are a returning player) when using the on-line system.
3. After you register on-line you will receive an e-mail with an attachment with both your player's "filled out" registration form and a blank Medical Release form. PRINT OUT BOTH FORMS. The registration form must be signed by a parent and mailed to the address provided below. The Medical Release form must be filled out and signed by a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, signed by a parent, and mailed to the address provided.
4. Go to the Camps page for more information on the Mandatory and Optional camps available to get ready for the season, including the new Westview Camps.
5. Please fill out the following survey which is being conducted by a Graduate Student at a local university in regards to Youth Football Equipment and the handout process. Survey Link here

Family Discounts - The first Child is full price all other Children from the same family receive a $75 discount
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after equipment is received or after August 1st
(whichever comes first). For those requesting a refund prior to
equipment being received there will be a $25 processing fee.
