Tualatin Valley Youth Football League adheres to all rules and regulations as outlined in the current, official National Federation of State High School Associations rulebook. (NFHS).   Some exceptions to the rules are outlined below:

Ball Carrying Weight Limit:
Grade Weight Limit
2 - 3 - 4 100 Pounds
5 - 6 120 Pounds
Junior Varsity 140Pounds
Varsity 170 Pounds
Points After Touchdown
Running 1 Point
Kicking 2 Points
